The Seaview Osteopathic team are highly skilled practitioners who are passionate about their profession. They aim to reach the highest standards of treatment by incorporating proficient skills and expertise, together with knowledge, compassion and strong communication skills. At the Seaview Osteopathic Clinic we cover a wide range of treatment modalities which are always performed with care, providing patients with positive and effective outcomes.

Dr. Dave Hellyer

Dave utilises his broad range of skills in manual and manipulative therapy, massage, mobilisation, therapeutic exercise, pilates and education and lifestyle advice, to assist in injury prevention and management.

Dave has worked with triathletes competing in the Hawaiian ironman, footballers, rugby league players, international hockey players and golfers. He uses this extensive athletic and medical experience to provide his patients with the best chance to reach their goals and to be successful in their chosen field. As much as Dave likes to see fit and healthy sportspeople back onto the field as soon as possible, he also enjoys treating the diverse range of conditions that present to him from people of all ages.

Dr. Sara Hellyer

Sara utilises her skills in hands on techniques as well as postural, exercise & lifestyle advice to assist in both injury management and prevention.

Sara is trained in all areas of Osteopathy, although she has a special interest in women's health, including pre/post natal care and paediatrics. Her skills in this area were further developed by completing intensive post-graduate courses in paediatrics and obstetrics. Sara also has a particular interest in treating migraines, neck related headaches, and assisting patients post-surgery with pain management and rehabilitation.

Dr. Julia Pashula

Julia is passionate about the hands- on, holistic approach Osteopathy provides. She enjoys treating patients of all ages, although she has developed a particular interest in women’s health and paediatrics, completing her masters in the assessment of infants. She has undertaken post-graduate courses in paediatrics and trigger point dry needling.

Julia also has a keen interest in treating postural related complaints and headaches. Overall, she is dedicated in helping patients to achieve their optimal health.

Dr. Tom McCormick

Tom is an enthusiastic Osteopath who adopts a ‘hands on approach’ by utilising a broad range of Osteopathic techniques such as manipulation, massage, stretching and rehabilitation. He is also a qualified dry needling practitioner.

Tom is a keen sportsman himself and as a result has a great interest in the treatment and rehabilitation of all types of sporting injuries. In addition, he thrives on the sense of enjoyment that comes with helping his patients of all ages and abilities perform their daily activities with ease and less pain.


Peter Jeffery - Massage Therapist

Peter is a highly skilled massage therapist who has been working in the field for the past ten years. He is qualified in both Remedial and Shiatsu Massage, which includes the use of Trigger Point and Acupressure Therapy. During his years of experience, he has treated a range of clients from all walks of life, from the young and elderly to sports people, including runners, cyclists, triathletes and swimmers, as well as professional dancers. He has a belief that we can all benefit from regular massage, whether that be for injury recovery management, alleviation of muscular aches and tension, or for those that simply enjoy the feeling of a relaxation or deep tissue massage.
